This was my first visit and I was extremely pleased w/ customer service. I was offered a Lyft ride home since repairs would take a few days. I was kept updated on progress and most importantly, my car drives like a dream after completion of repairs. Kudos to Ryan and of course the service technicians who completed the work. Chad and the team got my BMW all fixed up. My AC wasn’t running cold, which is bad news in Georgia when the weather gets hot!
